Nicol Construction is a locally owned residential construction company founded by James Nicol and based on Salt Spring Island, specializing in custom homes, renovations, and additions.
With 19 years of hands-on experience, we take a straightforward approach to building: clear communication, honest timelines, and quality workmanship from start to finish. Every project is owner-led, with direct involvement on site to ensure details are done right and expectations are met.
We work with a close-knit crew and a trusted network of local trades, building homes that are made to last and suited to life on Salt Spring Island.
